Sunny's Insane Traxxas Rustler

Sunny has his Traxxas Rustler ready to go with a Mamba Monster and Medusa motor and set everything up for some speed runs. It's powered by two 3S ThunderPower 2600mAH lipos in series for 6S and geared 18/34 (mod1). Tests will be done this weekend. Sunny's car is in the same class as Randy's Spare Parts Car. Can Sunny break the 100mph barrier? Is this the beginning of the battle between Sunny and Randy?? Stay tuned to find out...

I've started working on my proper WFRCCC entry, the Megatron. It's based on a Megatech funny car dragster and will ultimately run on 8S (2x 4S NeuEnergy 4100mah packs). The motor at the moment is a Feigao 6XL and will eventually be replaced by a Medusa 036-50-3300V2-5, and the ESC is a Phoenix HV-110 with a Pistix adaptor. It has a motor-to-differential direct drive set-up (overall ratio is 3.33:1).

Finally broke the 80mph barrier... twice. Once geared 40/68 and the second time geared 40/76. I stripped the 68T spur soon after the 82mph run. I feel that more speed is possible with that set-up.
